License to Publish

Prior to publication in the CAND Journal, an open access publication, we require that the corresponding author for each manuscript complete and return our License to Publish form, which can be downloaded below. The license outlines the terms of publication, including open access licensing, ownership of copyright, authorship responsibilities, conflicts of interest disclosure, author rights for re-use, and self-archiving.

Please note that, effective June 1, 2025, the CAND Journal, Journal transitioned to an open access model. All articles published on or after this date will be made freely available to readers worldwide. Executing this license enables the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, to disseminate your contribution to the fullest extent while allowing authors to retain certain rights under the open access model.
